Jon Aizen
COO, Dapper Inc.

Jon, a Cornell computer science graduate, has been engineering web applications since 1994. He has extensive experience with managing large-scale, high-profile web projects and advertising campaigns.

His previous experience includes Alexa Internet and the Internet Archive. His area of expertise is in the structured web (AKA the Semantic Web) and its application to the advertising world (e.g., widget ads, MashupAds, etc.).

At Dapper, Jon serves as co-founder and CTO, managing US operations and strategic partnerships for the company in San Francisco.

JT Batson
VP Publisher Communities, Rubicon Project

JT joins the Rubicon Project as the Director of Publisher Communities. Prior to joining us, JT was responsible for the new international marketing efforts at the Mozilla Corporation. During his time there, Firefox's user base grew to more than 120 million, with more than half of the users outside the US. He also oversaw the retention marketing programs that included the launching of Mozilla's first user support for Firefox.

Before joining Mozilla, JT was one of the early employees at AdBrite, where he was responsible for the PR, marketing and sales development for the fast growing Sequoia backed start-up.

From Augusta, Georgia (yes, he has been to the tournament and no, he has never played the course), JT was a political science major at Stanford, where he won the J. E. Wallace Sterling Award and later served as the Director of External Relations for the Stanford Men's Basketball team.

He is a veteran of the Internet advertising and marketing industry, with a focus on product development. Before joining Gigya Rooly served on the board of Metacafe, held the position of General Manager at SmartShopper, and was the VP of Products & Marketing at Hotbar. Rooly holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the Pratt Institute in New York City.

Iggy Fanlo

Iggy Fanlo joined as CEO of AdBrite in May 2006. Prior to joining AdBrite, Iggy was President and Chief Revenue Officer at Shopping.com. His tenure (1999-2006) ran from the pre-revenue days to over $200 million a year. The company completed an IPO in October 2004 and was acquired by eBay for over $650 million in August 2005.
Prior to his technology career, Iggy spent 15 years on Wall Street with Morgan Stanley and J.P. Morgan. As a Managing Director at both firms, Iggy held various positions, ending as the head of all US Dollar Securitized Debt Trading and Capital Markets. During his final fiscal year, Iggy’s department generated over $300 million in gross profits.
Iggy received B.S. in 1983 from Princeton University.

George H. John is the CEO of Rocket Fuel Inc., a computational advertising company whose premium ad network makes it easy for agencies and advertisers to quickly and cost-effectively run successful online campaigns, and whose technology platform drives optimized ad delivery for partner ad networks, publishers, and agencies. For over 20 years, George has been helping companies boost revenues via more efficient data-driven sales and marketing, working with companies as diverse as Amazon, Time Warner, Kraft, McDonald’s, Honda and Wells Fargo.

Prior to starting Rocket Fuel, George led key initiatives and groups at IBM, E.piphany, salesforce.com, and most recently Yahoo! where he led product and engineering teams delivering Behavioral Targeting, Recommendations, Optimization, and Click Fraud products.

As a kid, George spent way too much time watching Star Trek, which led to a short-lived interest in model rocketry (eyebrows grew back) and a lifelong interest in technology. George earned BS, MS, and PhD degrees in Computer Science Stanford, specializing in Artificial Intelligence and advanced Statistics. During his graduate studies he won a National Science Foundation fellowship and worked for NASA in the summers where he earned his "rocket scientist" credentials.

David Kopp

Senior Director, North America Ad Products, Yahoo!

In his role as senior director of North American Ad Products, David Kopp leads the team defining and developing Yahoo!’s display advertising solutions for advertisers. His marketing career spans over 16 years, including leadership roles in both client-side consumer marketing with Disney and the last 12 years concentrated on Internet advertising, including both search and display advertising solutions.

Since joining Yahoo! in September of 2005, Kopp has driven several innovations in Yahoo! advertising including most recently, Search Retargeting and Enhanced Retargeting. Advertiser solutions like Consumer Direct (a partnership with Neilsen Homescan), custom behavioral targeting and Smart Ads are also part of her purview. Early in his time at Yahoo!, Kopp also oversaw a number of innovations in the intersection of social media and advertising in Yahoo! Groups and custom advertiser programs like Crash the SuperBowl, a Doritos® program.

Prior to Yahoo!, Kopp spent three years at LookSmart, Ltd. as Vice President/General Manager, where he was responsible for syndicated search products for publishers like MSN. Technology firm Sonicity, Inc. chose Kopp as its president in 2000 to help launch the company and a major new product. In 1999, he founded search toolbar startup Winfire and served as its CEO.

Kopp also product managed one of the Internet’s first and largest third-party ad servers in his role as head of product management for AdForce. Kopp began his career leading marketing for a division of The Walt Disney Company. Kopp graduated magna cum laude with a concentration in Literature from Harvard University.

Kraft attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Amy Lehman

Amy Lehman is Vice President of Ad Operations for United Online, parent company of Classmates, Netzero, Juno, MyPoints and FTD. She joined in October of 2006 and oversees ad operations, product management, sales planning and analytics for the media division. During her tenure, Amy has led the efforts to drive efficiency in sales process, upgrade numerous ad systems and integrate yield optimization platforms. These efforts have driven double digit growth with increasing scalability.

Prior to joining United Online, Amy held various positions in Business Development, Operations and Account Management at Valueclick, Inc, in both the Media and Commission Junction divisions. She was integrally involved in the post-acquisition integrations of Webclients and Fastclick and started a new Media Development business unit within Commission Junction.

Amy began her internet advertising career over 10 years ago and has held posts at Looksmart and Predictive Media in the ad operations and product management functions. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from WPI, an engineering college in Massachusetts. As VP, Insights Data Strategy, for Yahoo, Dilip led Yahoo's efforts to improve ads monetization and user engagement by identifying actionable insights from user data. Prior to Yahoo, Dilip built Google's global mobile monetization products and business. Dilip served as VP of Payment Services and Business Operations for PayPal, responsible for risk and fraud management, processing relationships with financial institutions, and compliance. Dilip has a successful track record as an entrepreneur: he was President & Co-founder of CashEdge, which he led to become the dominant provider of online payments solutions, and was the CEO & co-founder of Commerce Soft, which was acquired by Aspect Communications. Dilip was a management consultant with McKinsey & Co. He has previously worked with the investment banking firm, Goldman Sachs.
