It took to round 6 for Ford Motor Company to show another punch!
But now it came. FoMoCo has used a procedure called "in rem jurisdiction". They have asked the Michigan court to declare that it has jurisdiction over the classicvolvo.com domain. The court granted Ford´s "in rem" request, two days after it was made, on the 25th of October. This means, I think , that Ford can go ahead without having to serve me in person with anything. So the war is on, it seems.
