Scott Ferber, recognizing the tremendous opportunity at the intersection of marketing, analytics and technology, co-founded Advertising.com in 1998 with his brother John. Since that time, Scott has led the company to its current position as the leading provider of performance-based marketing for interactive advertisers and publishers.

As chief executive officer, Scott is responsible for the continued development of Advertising.com’s proprietary ad placement optimization technology and strategic business initiatives.

Scott started his career in manufacturing with Procter & Gamble before moving into information-based marketing for Capital One Financial Corporation. While at Capital One, Scott was responsible for the expansion of the company's information-based strategies as they applied to industries outside of the credit-card business.

Scott received his B.S. (with highest distinction) in engineering from the University of Virginia and his M.S. in engineering from Stanford University. His extensive speaking experience includes appearances at SES, Internet World, Direct Marketing Days New York, DCDotComm, American Advertising Federation, Advertising Research Federation, International Franchise Association, Public Relations Society of America, Interactive Advertising Bureau and more.
