On a day-to-day basis, this will involve you creating actionable insights for improving current and future e-initiatives. You will also drive the implementation and maintenance of the metrics framework used to assess the success of these initiatives. In addition to this, you will create and enhance performance dashboards for business decision making, while developing and productizing work methods in web analytics.
The development of common, business specific metrics, analytics and concepts will be down to you, too. Another key part of your remit will be to partner with business to define concepts for online measurements. To help ensure your success, you will co-operate closely with business units, vendors and subcontractors.
Qualifications:
Your portfolio of skills includes minimum a Bachelor’s degree, combined with a solid understanding of business, in particular on-line business. This is further reinforced by at least three years experience developing metrics, measures, targets as well as reporting requirements for organizational processes, data collection, analysis and metrics reporting.
Thoroughly familiar with the best practices in traditional and online business intelligence and data analytics, you also have a good grasp of web technologies and online market dynamics. In addition to this, you have proven your ability to generate business insight as well as advise on the structure and interpretation of metrics and measurement data.
An expert at HTML and Excel, you ideally have a background in using HBX/Visual Sciences, though we also appreciate your knowledge or other analytics tools, such as MATLAB, SSPS, SAS, BO or Cognos. On top of this, you have a consultative, highly organized way of working and an excellent attention to detail.
