Dave Rae is Vice President of Operations for FindWhat.com. Prior to joining FindWhat, Mr. Rae's achievements include founding Attitude Network, owner of the leading computer games sites on the Internet, and founding Hotel Discounts, now the Internet's largest source of discount accommodations worldwide. Attitude Network was successfully sold for $60 million to theGlobe.com (Nasdaq:TGLO) and Hotel Discounts is now part of Hotel Reservations Network (Nasdaq:ROOM).

Mr. Rae also completed a variety of successful re-start, new strategy, and funding assignments as a consultant prior to joining the FindWhat team. The most notable of these is BuyOwner.com which now leads the for sale by owner real estate segment online.

Prior to the Internet, Mr. Rae was President of SpectraFAX Corp., one of the leading designers of communications products for personal computers. In this capacity Mr. Rae negotiated development and licensing agreements for market-leading personal computer-based facsimile products introduced by Intel Corp. and Matsushita, the parent of Panasonic. Mr. Rae also holds a U.S. Patent in facsimile communications technology.

Mr. Rae is a founding member and Chairman of the Entrepreneurial Committee of the Gulf Coast Venture Forum.
